Dental Hygienist – Airway Focused Functional Dental Office

Our growing functional and airway-focused dental practice is looking for a compassionate, curious, and patient-centered Dental Hygienist who wants to practice in a thoughtful, relationship-driven environment where prevention, whole-body health, and education truly matter.

Position Schedule:
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Additional days may become available as the practice continues to grow.

- Experience with airway dentistry is wonderful but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional periodontal and preventive hygiene care.
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections.
- Support airway and functional dental evaluations.
- Take diagnostic records including photos, scans, and radiographs.
- Help patients understand treatment recommendations with kindness and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes.
- Create a calm, caring, and positive patient experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RDH license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with digital technology and modern dental workflows
- Experience with:
- Airway dentistry.
- Myofunctional concepts.
- Salivary diagnostics.
- Guided biofilm therapy.
- Functional or biologic dentistry.
- Open Dental or digital charting systems is a plus, but not required.
